Acoustic flatulence analysis.
On the record.

What it is

Pukkala is a social network for the body’s most candid signal. Push to record. Get a score. Drop it on the feed.

Every event runs through an on-device DSP pipeline — twelve acoustic features extracted from the raw audio, classified into one of six deterministic classes, and scored from zero to one hundred against the user’s own history. No black-box model. The feed, the map, and the daily Pukkala Index turn the receipts into a community.

Pukkala is for entertainment and personal curiosity. It is not a medical device and offers no diagnostic information.

The collective

Pukkala is built by a collective of Paris developers and artists. The collective declines to be more specific. The instrument speaks for itself.
